Clear, simple terms — the way we’d want to be treated ourselves.

Shipping & delivery

  • We deliver across India. Orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Shipping is free on orders of ₹599 or more (after coupons). A flat shipping fee applies below that and is shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery is available for most PIN codes.
  • Once your order ships, we send the tracking details on WhatsApp.

Returns & refunds

Because our products are consumed or applied to the body, we can’t accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Damaged, leaking or wrong item? Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method, or by UPI for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5–7 working days of approval.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order and help you: your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you share it, your email.

  • We use your details to process, deliver and support your orders, and — only if you ask — to send offers.
  • We never sell or rent your personal data.
  • Your cart and saved checkout details are stored only in your own browser on your device. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
  • Orders and consultations are sent through WhatsApp, which handles messages under its own privacy policy.
  • To see or delete the information we hold about you, message us and we’ll act on it promptly.

Terms of use

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
  • Pack illustrations are representative; the product you receive may look slightly different.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price. Any payment made is refunded in full.
  • Coupon codes cannot be combined and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
